Privacy Policy – Starfall 21

This policy applies to the Android mobile game Starfall 21 (app ID: com.mettha.starfall21), referred to below as “the Game”. The Game is created by Mettha S.R.L., M. Kogalniceanu Blvd. no.8, bl. F4, sc.2, ap.21, Deva, Hunedoara County, Romania (“the Developer”, “we”).

1. In short

The Game does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking, and it does not send information about you to any server. Everything the Game saves (your progress, points, collection and the walls you draw) stays on your phone only.

2. What is stored on your device

The Game saves the following locally on your phone so that it can work:

your level, points and symbol collection;
your settings (music, game pace);
up to 20 “walls” (brick levels) that you draw;
a player name (“PLAYER” by default, which you can change) and a random code generated on the phone, used only for the codes you choose to send to friends;
friends’ scores, if you add codes you received from them.

This information never leaves your phone unless you choose to send a code (see section 3). We have no access to it.

The Game works through text codes, with no accounts and no chat. When you tap “Share”, “Send challenge”, “Share mine” or a similar feature, the Game creates a text or code that you can copy or send through your phone’s apps (for example a messaging app). You decide who receives it. Such a code can contain the player name you chose, a score or the drawing of a wall. Please do not put real personal information in a name if you do not want the recipient to see it.

The “Share an idea” feature opens your email app with a message addressed to the contact address below. You write and send the message yourself. If you send it, we receive your email address and the content of the message, which we use only to reply to you and to improve the Game.

4. Permissions and third parties

The Game contains no ads and uses no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
The Game does not ask for access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
The app has the Android “Internet” permission, which is needed by the component that displays the game, but the Game does not transmit personal data over the internet.
The Game is distributed through Google Play. The purchase and installation of the app are processed by Google under Google’s own policies. We do not receive your payment details.

5. Children

The Game was made to be suitable for children as well. For that reason it collects no data from any user, including children, and has no accounts, ads or chat; its social features only use codes that parents or children send through their own apps. If you are a parent and believe we received information about your child by mistake (for example through an email they sent), please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Retention and deletion

Game data is stored on your phone only. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the Game or, on Android, via Settings → Apps → Starfall 21 → Storage → Clear data. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to reply to you; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Your rights

Because the Game does not process personal data, there is no data on our servers to access or correct. For emails you send us, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also mention them in the Game’s Google Play listing.
